Spa : Terms and Conditions

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment to fill in your consultation card with the therapist.

Use of the Spa area is available depending upon treatment booked. If it is not available to you through your treatment then you are still able to use this luxury; at an extra charge of £10.00.

Your appointment may be released if you are more than 15 minutes late for your treatment and late arrivals will constitute a reduced treatment time.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required otherwise we regret a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INFORM THE THERAPIST OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR MEDICATION YOU MIGHT BE TAKING BEFORE COMMENCING WITH ANY TREATMENT OR SPA USE.
