You will need to present your confirmation letter upon arrival to confirm your reservation.
So many things in life are rushed - we'd like to make sure your treatment isn't one of them! That's why we ask that you arrive about 15-20 minutes early for your appointment so we can make sure that you are comfortable, prepared and get your full treatment time and be aware that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their allocated treatment time. If you are on a Spa Package or having treatments totalling £50.00 or over, a Robe, Towel and Slippers will be provided on arrival. For treatments under £50.00, or for hotel guests, a robe and slippers can be hired at a cost of £5.00 (Non refundable).
Please make sure jewellery is removed before treatments.

NB. Spa Lockers take £1.00 coins which are returnable.

With face and body treatments over the value of £50.00, you are permitted to use the facilities for 2 hours, either before or after their treatment.
Treatments below the value of £50.00 do not include use of the Spa or Leisure facilities.
2 hours facility use can be added to treatments below £50.00 if desired, at a cost of £16.00 per person.
Please be aware that children staying in the hotel are permitted to use the wet facilities before 11am and after 4pm until 7:00pm

Please book any additional treatments in advance to your day as we can not guarantee that there will be availability on arrival.
Spa packages are non transferable and non refundable once booked.
All packages are subject to availability.

Mobile phones are not permitted in the treatment rooms or chill out lounge. Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times in the spa.
The minimum age is 16 years. We cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment rooms or the relaxation areas.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the spa at all times by a supervising adult over the age of 18 years. One adult may supervise a maximum of 2 guests under 18 years.
Please respect other guests using the Spa and keep noise to a minimum around all quiet areas.


The Towers Hotel & Spa is a non-smoking area; however there is an outdoor patio.

Due to the warmth of the spa and the heat of the steam rooms, we recommend strongly that you drink plenty of fluids during your visit. Water coolers are freely available. We advise against the excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks prior or during your visit to the spa. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

No responsibility can be accepted by The Towers Hotel & Spa for the safety of money or valuables, whether placed in a locker or not. The Towers Hotel & Spa will not be liable for damage, injury or loss caused to our guests or their belongings. Wet swim bags and hair dryers are provided in the changing rooms.

Treatment prices are subject to change without notice.

In the interest of your health and safety, if you are pregnant, have a known allergy or suffer from a medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or have had cancer within the last 5 years, please consult your doctor. Following this advice, your GP needs to notify the spa of his/her approval for you to use the sauna, steam, and Jacuzzi prior to completing your booking or if your medical condition subsequently changes after your booking has been made. We reserve the right to request and view a doctor’s letter prior to entering the spa or providing a treatment and, if necessary, to refuse the treatment on medical grounds or ask that you sign a disclaimer.

Full payment for all treatments and day spa experiences are taken at the time of booking. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required otherwise we regret that full deposit will be lost.

Please note you must have a designated name to liaise with the spa day coordinator, it is the responsibility of the group organiser to give the correct information about spa day guests’ medical history.
For group bookings of 5 guests or more please be advised our cancellation notice is a week prior to booking.
When using a Spa gift voucher to secure your booking,
please be aware 50% of the voucher value will be deducted for non-arrivals.
Voucher numbers are also taken at time of booking, please ensure you have your voucher with you to guarantee this payment at the time of your visit, as non-production of a voucher will result in alternative payment. 


Vouchers for spa treatments and spa days are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date which can be found on the inside of the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part nor can they be replaced if lost or stolen. Only monetary vouchers may be used for the purchase of products.
Vouchers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or credit. Should services of a higher value be taken, the voucher may be used as part payment towards the balance.
Treatments need to be booked in advance, please ensure you have your voucher number available at the time of booking.
You will need to bring your voucher with you and present it at reception on the day of your booking. Non-production of a voucher will result in alternative payment.
It is not possible to change the configuration of your package or voucher.
Vouchers do not provide priority access or guarantee entry if the spa is full.
